List all previous guilds you were in and why you are no longer in those guilds if applicable. (If you are from another server, please list what server).	Oh Snap on Moonrunner and Phoenix on Greymane. I left Oh Snap after we cleared Naxxramas before Burning Crusade because they all decided to quit and reroll Horde on a PvP Server. I left Phoenix after we killed Illidan last June because everyone stopped raiding after that, then I took a short break from the game.
Why do you want to join Sparda?	Your raiding times are perfect for my schedule.
How do you think we would benefit from having you in the guild?	I have knowledge on all of the fights you are on, so you will not need to explain anything to me, just DPS and go.
Previous Raiding Experience?	Everything up to the Second Boss in Sunwell Plateau.
Tell us about yourself..we know how to use the armory..we want to know about who you are.	I am 23 years old, currently getting my degree in Physicians Assistant, and I used to play basketball for the University of Drake.
What sets you apart from other applicants?	I am a friendly person with a lot of experience, and I will bring personality along with DPS to all the guilds raids.
Tell us why you chose your spec and how you think it would apply to raiding.	I recently chose this Spec because I wanted to try it out for raiding, and my DPS increased so it stuck on me. I can also go Fire which is what i raided with for a long time in the past, because it is more mana efficient.
What add-on modules do you use?	XPerl, Recount, Deadly boss Mods, Decursive, Spellcraft, Bongos, and LOTS more.
